“If, as Americans, we wish to remain free, then there are certain basic principles that we must not ever forget!”

Points To Remember

PTR: Inalienable Rights

When the founders spoke of inalienable rights, they meant that the existence of natural rights were self evident and unquestionable. Are our rights mutable? Yes they are! How? Deprive someone else of their rights and you forfeit your own. Rights are only one side of a coin. The other side is duty and responsibility. You have the responsibility of respecting the rights of others if you expect your rights to be honored and the duty to protect the rights of all members of society if you expect your rights to be protected!

PTR: Police State

We do not live in a police state! All laws are to be created and observed IAW natural law for the purpose of promoting safety, civility and prosperity among the people! Laws are not intended to be used as a means of generating revenue, revenge, political posturing, power or to give any individual or groups of individuals an advantage over other individuals or groups. This applies to laws, regulations, ordinances, and statues at all levels and all departments of government!

PTR: Public Servants

We the American people are not subjects of the politicians. They are our public servants! They work for us...they answer to us...they are paid by us...they are to be held accountable by us! We own this country and they are our employees. Consider this from the perspective of a business owner. Would you accept this kind of behavior from your employees? This applies to all levels of government in all positions! From school boards & teachers to POTUS! RECLAIM OUR RIGHTFUL POSITION BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!

PTR: The Electoral College

The electoral college is not antiquated or broken! It did exactly what it was created to do in the 2016 election! It prevented the overwhelming majority of the people in one or two large states from swaying the election against the majority of the people in the majority of the states! Do your homework before you talk about abolishing it and if you do abolish it, we don't want to hear any whining when it comes back to bite you in the ass!

PTR: A Republic Not a Democracy

These United States are not a democracy... We are a democratic republic with shared sovereign powers between the people and the states. However the progressive 17th amendment stripped states of their sovereign powers. The electoral college is the only thing left standing between our Republic and tyranny!

PTR: 1st Amendment

Our 1st amendment only protects us from legislative infringement by our federal government! Not from other individuals, businesses or organizations! To do so would violate their rights! State constitutions have similar provisions to protect us from State infringements.
